So we’re here to help you … keep all that sexy you’ve already got … and GET EVEN SEXIER in 2015!  We know.  We too feel like it’s almost too good to be true.
     
    
We once had a friend tell us that you only needed 4 things for daily emotional health.  So … we thought we’d pass the word along.   

  1. Laughter 
     Are you getting enough of it?  No really.  Like gull-belly, snorted for no reason, filled with big love and joy laughter?  No?  Well fix it.  Removed all the things you can easily identify as barriers and still need a lil help?  These folks might be able to lend a hand. –>  Micah Hobbes Frazier  OR  Kingston Farady  OR  Gaylesta

 Now, this list could go on and on … just find a way that works for you.  Move your body.  Even if you’re only doing it while on an elliptical in front of a television watching Gilmore Girl’s.   Not that we know anything about that or anything.  – Right now, we’re loving the easy tips from  WriteYogaLove .

  3. Orgasms 
     
Well you don’t have to believe us … ask  Elizabeth  how important an orgasm is to your daily health.      
   4. Prayer 
     
  
Look, you don’t have to believe us … but know we’ve never lied to you.  If you’re not one to call asking the universe to provide you with all that you need “prayer,” then try this: go HERE,  grab a journal , write what you want in it every day.  Actively focus on and meditate on those wants.  Tell us if anything changes for you.
